(QT) - Tính đến thời điểm trưa hôm nay 2/11/2016, trên địa bàn các huyện miền núi Hướng Hóa và Đakrông mặc dù mưa đã giảm, nước trên các sông suối bắt đầu rút chậm nhưng nhiều khu vực vùng sâu, vùng xa vẫn còn bị cô lập hoàn toàn bởi nước lũ.
