Ăn rau xanh tránh nguy cơ tiểu đường

(SK&ĐS) - Các nhà khoa học thuộc Trường đại học Leicester nước Anh đã tiến hành phân tích những nghiên cứu trước đây về mối liên quan giữa sức khỏe và chế độ ăn uống của hơn 220.000 người. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy, những người thường xuyên ăn 120g rau chân vịt và các loại rau xanh khác mỗi ngày có tỷ lệ mắc bệnh tiểu đường týp 2 thấp hơn những người khác 14%.
