QTO - Xã Thanh An, huyện Cam Lộ có hơn 50 ha đồng ruộng trũng, thường xuyên bị ngập úng. Những năm trước đây, sản xuất nông nghiệp của nông dân trên những cánh đồng thấp trũng gặp nhiều khó khăn, hiệu quả kinh tế thấp.
