(QT) - Thông tin từ Chi cục Trồng trọt và Bảo vệ thực vật tỉnh cho biết, vụ sản xuất đông xuân 2019-2020, theo lịch thời vụ đến ngày 5.1.2020 sẽ xuống giống lúa trà đầu, nhưng chủ trương của ngành nông nghiệp là nông dân cần làm đất sớm để tiêu diệt nguồn gây bệnh cho lúa.
