(SGGP). - Ngày 17-11, Bộ Tài chính và Ủy ban Tài chính - Ngân sách Quốc hội phối hợp tổ chức hội thảo về đổi mới cơ chế tài chính đối với giáo dục đại học (ĐH). Theo ông Nguyễn Trường Giang, Phó Vụ trưởng Vụ Hành chính sự nghiệp (Bộ Tài chính), hiện nay cơ chế tài chính đối với các trường ĐH đã bộc lộ nhiều bất cập như thấp, không bù đắp chi thường xuyên. Mức học phí được điều chỉnh theo lộ trình tăng dần 20% - 25%/năm nhưng đến năm 2015 mức thu học phí cũng chỉ đáp ứng được 40% - 50% chi phí ...
