QTO - Hoạt động giám sát có vai trò đặc biệt quan trọng trong việc thực hiện các chức năng, nhiệm vụ và quyền lực nhà nước của HĐND ở địa phương. Một khi đời sống kinh tế-xã hội phát sinh những mâu thuẫn liên quan đến quyền lợi giữa người dân với các cơ quan nhà nước, giữa công dân với công dân đòi hỏi phải tăng cường hơn nữa vai trò giám sát của HĐND tỉnh.
