Ý tưởng chế biến lá vằng bằng phương pháp Matcha

(QT) - Với sự đam mê tìm tòi, sáng tạo của mình, nhóm học sinh Trường THPT Cam Lộ gồm các em Trần Đức Hoan (lớp 12A), Sử Trung Hiếu (lớp 12B9), Nguyễn Minh Tuyết Sương (lớp 12A) đã thí nghiệm và đề xuất ý tưởng mới trong cách chế biến lá vằng bằng phương pháp Matcha nhằm giữ lại những tinh chất vốn quý trong lá vằng, khác với cách nấu cao lá vằng phổ biến như hiện nay.
