Những nguy cơ khi dùng amphotericin B chống nấm
(SK&ĐS) - Amphotericin B là một kháng sinh chống nấm, có các dạng tiêm, dạng uống và chế phẩm dùng ngoài. Tác dụng chống nấm nhờ thuốc gắn vào sterol (chủ yếu là ergosterol) ở màng tế bào nấm làm biến đổi tính thấm của màng. Thuốc cũng gắn với sterol bào chất của người (chủ yếu cholesterol) nên giải thích được một phần độc tính của thuốc đối với người. Để khắc phục độc tính này, thuốc đã được bào chế dưới dạng liposom hoặc phức hợp với lipid.
